Please note.    STATEMENT

I have the following evidence to support the sale of the item listed. Documentary proof that it was not taken illegally from the wild. By law anyone selling taxidermy must have a log book and must number all the British birds held in their possession. The details for all the birds must be recorded in this log book, and these details should include; name and address of supplier; cause/date/location of death; age/sex; and then eventually the name and address of the buyer. Every bird that I list every bird that I sell anywhere, has been numbered. This number can be found in my birds received log book, and each bird has its own individual log number which is marked underneath the base. I have been a fulltime taxidermist since 1981 and always abide by the wildlife laws.
